Newbie Ebayers/Scum Sellers

Most of the problems honest, experienced ebayers seem to have are with new ebay buyers with little to no feedback or scam sellers with little to no feedback.

Do you think ebay would help itself and sellers by creating a policy that buyers would not be allowed to leave negative feedback if they did not have X number of feedback (would still be protected by buyer protection). This would prevent sellers with 100% satisfaction from getting a negative feedback from someone with unrealistic expectations.

Also, to help prevent scam sellers, do you think ebay should make members have X number of purchases before they could sell?

Ebay doesn't care, they enjoy the bad apples (they help ebay).

...I'm surprised with how big of community sports cards are on Ebay that their isn't a dedicated manager / department on their part to oversee these type of transactions.

I was more talking about the bad apple buyers.

Just sell a bunch of #@#@#@#@ on ebay and you'll find out, it shouldn't take long.
