So i started listing stuff on ebay back in January. I blocked all out of country things even alaska and hawaii, i wanted to just ship in the us. In my auction listings , i put NO INTERNATIONAL, Inside Us only or something like that. Anyways i am printing off labels in late January and there is a card going to puerto rico . I was like WTH !!! So i do not know how this happened, anyways i wasnt going to get a negative so i shipped it . Anyways got a message last night march 1st , a month has gone by and the seller how no card, best of all it still says processed in columbus, thats the first big p/o it goes through ! So i told the seller i did what i can it may take a little while for it to get out of country however i did ship the same day he paid ! Idk what to do !

Puerto Rico is a US territory. Technically still inside the USA.
Also why would you block Alaska and Hawaii? They are very clearly US States.

but as for your question about what to do....it seems like the item has gotten lost.
You are prob going to have to issue a refund.
