A buyer just sent me a message saying the card I mailed him showed up and there is a "big ding." He asked what I was going to do about it.
I emailed back, apologized, and asked him to mail it back with delivery confirmation and if the damage was there, I would issue him a full refund. When I sent this card out, there was no damage. I guess it could have happened during shipping, but I mailed it out fairly well protected (sleeve, top loader, decoys on either side, etc.). In this situation, I am doing the right thing by asking for the card back before I issue a refund, right?
