You know what I hate...Ebay seller rant

If you don't like rants then please don't read this.....

I get on ebay a few weeks ago and see a card I have been needing for my patch set I am working on. I immediately bid on it and then play the waiting game until the card ends. I won it for what I thought was a fair price. I paid the next day and then hoped the card would be shipped and to me in the next few days. About 2 days go by and then I get a message saying my payment has been refunded. I was furious and got on ebay to see what the deal was. I sent a message to the seller explaining my situation and how I needed the card. I wanted an explanation for the refund. He said "I'm sorry the card is no longer available for sale." I asked him if somebody had purchased it off of ebay for a higher price and he replied and said that was not the case. He claims it is just no longer for sale and I will not find that card at such a low price anywhere. He says it might be for sale sometime in the future.

Basically he is telling me that the card didn't sell for what he wanted so he refunded me my money. To me this is just plain stupid. If he wanted a certain amount then he should have set a reserve. He didn't and just set it as an auction. Needless to say I am PISSED.

I just looked at his feedback and a buyer said the same thing about him and left him a neg. He just doesn't get it!

Looks like this goes all the way back to '06. I put his name on my blocked list TWICE, just because he's been jacking folks around for what looks like a long time. Think of how many most likley left no feedback....
