Google Checkout/Online Store

Has anyone used google checkout? I'm thinking of making my own simple online "store" (to sell singles)and use google checkout as part of it.. and do some simple advertising (i.e. hyperlinks in sigs on boards that im part of, etc)...

im wondering how its worked out for people.. both google checkout and their own online store..

i figure since ebay fees suck, an online store would help me get rid of singles that would cost me more to list on ebay

I wish I had the time/knowledge of making a website to do this, ebay fees kill me. Good luck.

i dont even know how far i can get doing this. i might just end up getting lazy and just list everything w/thumbnails and a link to my paypal and call it a day LOL.

we'll see where i end up with it

Cap,

I do a lot of work with online stores and can give you a hand. Send me a PM and I will show you what I have done. The biggest problem is driving traffic to your site. That is where fleabay has us by the stugats if you know what I mean!

Oh Captain my Captain,
I have an online store, it works well.

I do NOT use google checkout, I use mals ecommerce shopping cart in conjunction with Paypal. Its FREE and it works great! holler at me if you need more info.
