e topps cards

anybody ever purchase those etopps cards i just purchased 3 brett favre aleen and ginter superbowl cards...just wondering everyones thoughts also has anyone gotten the autographs they have from time to time.

I order nearly every etopps card that they offer. Keep in mind that you don't actually purchase the card until it is allocated. This usually happens a couple of days after the IPO window has closed. Also, you will probably only get one copy, if any, of the cards you request.

I purchased one of each, and was finished with my order by 1:01 EST so it should be fine. The first installments of the set in 2008 were a great success, and I'm hoping for more of the same here.

Etopps messed up royal today! These cards were not suppose to go on sale until next Monday.

The Etopps members are already flooding Topps with e-mails so don't be surprized if things change on this IPO, I doubt it but, you never know with Etopps

I took A chance and placed a buy for 2 favres and 1 each of the others.
1 Favre for PC and rest for trade or sell.

If some of these end under 700-800 the value will be great.

Print run will be 999 (sell out) with half the buyers being shut out!! Been with Etopps for years, I would bet my house on it.

If you didn't order between 1pm & 1:15 eastern time you more than likely will not get any. I didn't check this morning because they said next week, I ordered at 3 p.m. so I am out

They are fantastic looking cards, I have the 1st set and really wanted these, oh well.

PS: The Tom brady from the 1st set will be offered this Thursday autographed, limited to the 1st 50.

I need a little more clarification on this if someone could help me out- For instance. the Tom Brady, do I just got buy it when it is available or do I need to buy a unsigned card a couple of days before and hope for the best?

You need to have the unsigned version of the card in your etopps portfolio when the auto goes on sale. Be fast though as the autos often times sell out in less than a minute.

That is for sure, make sure you log in the site before 3 P.M. eastern time, everyone just gets there 2-3 minutes early and refresh, refresh, refresh lol.

They are starting to dump them on ebay now. Make sure if you bid the auction ends before Thursday and pay fast so the seller transfers card on time into your port.
E-mail seller and ask politly to transfer asap.

I will be at work or I would be there waiting. I think they are $139.00.
PS: You have to be a member so make sure you join up before hand (sounds stupid but some people have forgot this step

)

Yep, and I missed them due to their incompetence. I tried to order one Fav-rah, but will probably be shut out. I will no longer buy there, too much of a hassle.

My fault for not checking.

I ordered yesterdays right at 3:00 we shall see. Prob. just for flip (except MAYBE the Rice like that one) seeing I didn't get 1st four and they are in the $20s now.

It's pretty much pointless to order more than one on these as they will all sell out. Checkout the price history on last years set for ideas on these may change over time.

I was allocated 1 of each of the 7 so far. I flipped the first 4 (favre, landry, emmitt & payton) and did extremely well on them. I will be listing the last 3 tonight on the bay. Rob
