paypal address verified not but valid question

had a buyer win a 2011 Bowman Chrome Bryce Harper Auto from me on ebay receive paypal payment and paypal shows address is confirmed.
when i go to print the shipping label in paypal the address is not valid and i can't print a label. same thing happens in paypal multi order shipping.

have tried to contact the buyer (who has 240+ pos. feedback) through ebay but have not heard back from them after two ebay messages.

what should i do?

anyone else have this problem?

I had this happen once where the city and zip didn't match up. If I remember correctly, it highlights in red the fields that are a problem. I contacted the buyer to get the right city or zip and then just updated it in label submit screen.

i have had that happen too where it highlights the address in red because it did not match up exactly (usually a different city also), but this is different.
it doesn't highlight the address just gives me a pop up box that says the address is not valid.
still trying to get a hold of the buyer. guess i will just have to call paypal.

I've had that happen when the buyer's address had "ST" and paypal wanted "Street" or something like that.

Google map it and see if it exists.
