How to get 5.0 DSR ratings?

I know offering free shipping is an automatic 5.0 for S/H charges. How do you get a 5.0 for shipping time? Do you have to do 1 day handling with selecting overnight shipping? I remember people mentioning it before, but I cannot find it, thanks!

One more to add (Communication) is starting in June, here's what Ebay said in the Seller Update email:

Get an automatic 5-star Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) for Communication when you specify same-day or 1-day handling, upload tracking information by the end of the next business day, and no communication is needed between you and the buyer.
