Paypal shipping help..

I went to print 8 labels out today from paypals multiorder shipping feature. Naturally, the second one got jammed in the printer so I had to resend the order. That second order came up as "failed".

I now cannot print any labels for these items. Is there a way to print a new label for these? I can't find an option to do so anywhere

you should be able to click the paypal details and under the DC# should be the option to reprint or void the lablel

There is no DC # in the details section. Under shipment status it says "refund pending". There is no option to do anything...

Any idea how long this refund takes? Or if I can purchase new labels once I get my refund?
