Age old question, what is the proper timeframe

Just had a case opened on me for a .99 auction


Case closed today, with refund auto sent back to buyer

some more messages from member:

"Thanks for the message. Your delivery date said it was to be delivered, which it wasnt. I had two other cards ordered" (NOT FROM ME) "that didnt arrive so I opened cases on all 3, im pretty sure messages were sent to everyone. Sorry you feel that way and are being a jerk. I did leave you positive feedback for the refund. Karma, who believes in that? Next time I would use tracking and then you dont have to worry about $3.00!"

nope, when ebay has expected shipping date stated after paying, that only when you can open a case. stop crying over $3.00!

essentially this person files cases on eBay to anyone when items don't arrive on the exact date that is stated. With zero common sense coming into play at all. Member will claim they have sent messages to sellers, but this was found to be a complete 100% lie

IMO, do yourselves a favor and block this classless member. Good luck!

Man, that buyer is never happy always finding mistakes in other peoples lives.

Reminds me of a customer we had today at McDs. She wanted everything buy one get one free (even though we didn't have any of these specials). Then when that didn't work she wanted all the breakfast sandwiches she ordered at half off. Then when she finished ordering and got to my window she was wondering why the price was so expensive. Then asked me for a discount and tried to barter the price down. Man alive.

Seeing that this seller is stealing these cards or really has a bad mail carrier they are forgetting one thing... Since they are also a seller they are leaving themselves open as fair game to this same practice.
