as long as u have it on a BIN and an auction its ok.. 2 auctions or 2 bin's are a no no

My opinion is the issue is with ebay now, and how the new selling template is.
When you put up a new sale and someone has sold the same type of card, it lets you use the same template as that person. So if the previous auction was listed as " Yu Darvish 1/1 Chrome Auto" you can use the template. If you don't pay attention to the title you will use the same wording. Your card could just be a Yu Darvish Chrome auto...but not 1/1 obviously.
