I finally had use ebay's ShipCover to file a claim and I must say I am pretty darn impressed.
I sold a 1989 Ken Griffey Jr. UD RC Graded 9.5 on eBay and shipped it inside a bubble mailer, inside another bubble mailer. Somethin must have happened during shipping as the buyer stated that the corner of the slab was cracked. I told him to send it back and I would issue him a refund. I received the card back on Wednesday and immediately issued the buyer a full refund and filed a claim with ShipCover. On Thrusday afternoon (less than 24 hours later) I had an email saying ShipCover sent me the amount of the purchase! I was pretty darn impressed for my first time needing to file a claim to have my money within 24 hours! Props to ShipCover!

I've had good experiences with ShipCover as well--I wish we could use it with the stuff we sell through PayPal outside of eBay.
