What does everybody think of the ebay app Feedback Pro? Is it a pain for the buyer or does it help in getting good feedback?

You should be able to get positive feedbacks on your own. Be a solid seller, don't make mistakes and you won't need to worry about it.
An Ebay feedback application isn't necessary.
