Block redallen33, unless you like dealing with NPBs.

The frequency of NPBs has gotten a little out of hand lately. About 20% of my auctions have a claim filed; and half of those end up in an NPB.

I have eBay's NPB Assistant set to auto-file a claim after four days (which is clearly stated in my auctions), which means that buyers have a total of eight days to pay. This guy never responded to either the claim or the two invoices I sent. He did manage to list several items during that time, though, which made the email he shot me about an hour after the eight-day window expired somewhat funny --

I just got back from the hospital today. I've been in there for two weeks now. I couldnt communicate with every seller.

He can list items from the confines of a hospital bed, but can't pay for an $8 card.

Whatever. Not sure why this one stuck in my side, but block him and save yourself the hassle.
