Credit cards at The National

Going to my first National. Just wanted to know an estimated percentage of dealers that are able to handle credit card transactions?

yeah esepcially with "Paypal here," "Square" and other stuff u can swipe through your smartphone there should be a decent amoutn

There are quite a few that do and when I went to my first last year that was my intentions. To use my credit card for everything. Let me just say I ended up going and getting a ton of cash because I was running into things that I was not able to use my CC for. When I go again next year I am going to make sure I have cash.

Just a heads up, if you plan on paying with your credit card then odds are you will be charged tax as well. I was going to buy a case of Certified one year with my credit card and didn't realize that I would be charged tax too so I just passed on it since it would've been an extra $60!

The higher priced dealers pro ably accept credit cards. The dealers with better prices won't because it just takes out of their good prices

Guess I am going to bring a wad of cash with me. I do not like paying all these extra fees.

I'd like to think that I am a "lower priced" dealer and I will be taking credit cards. I will most likely not be bringing wax though, if that's what you were looking for. I would bet that all the wax guys will also take CC's.

Some do and some dont. I'd say the higher the showcase items the greater the chance.

Looking for Andre Dawson Serial numbered cards that are his jersey number - either #8 or #10. So looking for cards like 8/8 or 08/99 or 10/250.
