more paypal crap-ANOTHER JOKE;someone really should change the way paypal does things

have a buyer that bought 2 topps sets (1 base, 1 red) from me on nov.9, they delivered on nov. 16

now he files chargebacks, NO emails or anything
paypal puts hold on $78 funds

they won't let me reply but tracking shows delivered, come to find out, he was kicked off ebay today, so i guess he was caught or he was kicked off now filing back for all charges

NUTS, and yet paypal puts HOLD on MY $
even though they were delivered a month ago, AND he is not registered, what a great system!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE

Just a guess here Brent, but was did his user ID start with fisher and then have some numbers after it. I just had a chargeback filed from this guy on a Gary Sheffield auto I sold him. I usually don't use DC on transactions for $20 like this one, but maybe I will start after this.

call paypal & give them the tracking over the phone once you prove they have the item you will get the funds released for your use
