Any paper experts? Decoy cards...

Anybody out there in the paper industry? What are Decoy Cards made out of? From my research I'm guessing White Lined Chipboard or Binder's Board...

Not sure what they are made from but some of the ones Donruss made a couple years back were printing rejects. You could split the decoy in half and see a really misprint card.
