just another question, i saw on the thanksgiving specials that if you purchase something, you get a free $10 submission coupon. how do you get this coupon? i bought something and wasnt given anything

I think you actually have to make a full purchase. That includes shipping. Then it will probably be in your package. They can't just give them out for random purchases or they would go bankrupt. I have bought over 100 cards this morning alone.

Hey guys. 6 mo ago when I stepped away from COMC, I heard that they were planning on possibly charging more for processing GU because they were harder to look up or something. Can you confirm for me that sending in GU cards actually cost more than normal base?

that never happened. only if they are encased in something other than a soft sleeve (oversized cards, a lot of the sport kings, uncirculated toppers) I've sent in plenty of GU and if you look at baseball specifically for the Topps Turkey you will see tons of Gu's listed.
They should have updated pricing on what is what when you are going through the process of letting the know cards will be coming in.

I've only sold 1 card, but I only had 50 listed. So 2% have sold. I haven't recieved any offers, I guess no one wants what I have.

I sold a bunch of cards yesterday and a few more today. I have had just over $20,000 in dollar sales this year. I'm averaging $2000 per month since I joined in February.

I want to give props to the COMC crew for some great service and turnaround on five recent shipments of 1,300 total cards (two were bulk shipments at the end of the month). They were all received within a week (including the bulk shipments).

I have decided to really put them to the test as I take more of my flips out for my PC. Yesterday I put in an order for 1,600 cards and I already have 400 more flagged.

Is H4AUTO around to see all of this? I guess his incessant complaining did not go on deaf ears. This $.05 card shipping special has been fantastic.

I managed to move 200+ cards since the 16th, and yesterday was actually the slowest day I think. I have an idea for my own promotion, just need to plan it out. I think captainbohica did something like it with his PC stuff a while back. More detail to come on it.

as for h4auto, I think us ignoring him worked out, though it is the end of the month and time for him to resurface.

Would've been nice to be involved, but my meager 83 card submission has been sitting at 35% for nearly 2 weeks now. Shipped too early for the Black Friday special and have missed all the fun. Looks like they won't beat the 12/1 estimate (assuming they even meet that). I get the feeling I got bumped behind all the Nov shipping/processing specials.

Saw it. Great that COMC takes care of the buyers sometimes. Hope they run more specials for buyers.

Sales have been sporadic for me. Right sold sold maybe 50-100 cards, but in the past 2 days I've had more offers than I did on friday. Also spent quite a bit, probably close to $150 or so trying to finish sets. Thanks to those that have bought, accepted my offers, and minus one guy right now, I've been accepting most offers or countering them with slight increases as I know this special is pretty good for both the sellers and buyers.

I've sold 29 cards since Thursday till now. Accepted a few offers. Countered and refused a few as well. All and all not bad for only having around 500 cards on the site. Put a little cash in my pocket and will be able to send in another 500 more when my coupon arrives for making a PC purchase.

I see tons of cards listed at $0.20 on COMC, but how does that make any money for sellers when the listing fee is $0.15 per card? You'd have to have a sell rate of 75% just to break even on listing fees. What am I not getting? Thanks for any clarification.
