Something COMC might consider doing, to help new sellers get comfortable with the site, is to go ahead and process 4-5 cards from the sellers submission when they send out the "received your cards" notification. That way new sellers get a chance to work with the site and the inventory system a little while they wait for the rest of their inventory to be processed. But only for the first batch each seller sends in, not for every submitted batch. It could be a sort of "welcome to the site, here's how it works" with practical application.

Great idea........I would even go further and say that they should just bump new sellers up to express processing on their first batch, for the price of standard. A new seller can only use this price one 1 batch, so if the send in 2000 cards, the first 500 would be the express batch and the other 1500 would end up being standard batches. Then the sellers don't have to wait 8 weeks to find out they like the service and decide to send in more cards. They would most likely send in more cards even before the other standard batches are processed.

Only bought 60 cards this month. looking to buy a few more before shipping it out.

Items in Inventory 64 (coulda,woulda,shoulda be 400+)
Total Book Value $2,127.00 (average bv30+).

buying down about 400 cards a month. They should cap the shipping. Would help lower end card sales 100000%.

Fun but could be even more fun on comc. CAP THE SHIPPING AT $50-75. Boost sales so the sellers can flip more cards!

Thanks everyone for buying from me since March.

Cococards bought my 1959 Felipe Alou RC card to put my sales over $1,000. It took almost eight months, but am very happy with the site. Looking at my stats, I think I'm a bigger buyer than seller as I've bought twice as many cards than I have sold.

Of my 2800 cards, 1100 plus are priced at 25 cents or lower.
