Sportlots questions

I'm looking at setting up a seller account on Sportlots. I have a few questions I couldn't find the answer to on their site. Hoping someone here knows the answers.

1: Shipping to Canada. Is it required? Am I OK to do so without a DC, or is that a gamble? If it is required, what price should I use to make sure I'm protected?

2: Are the fees charged at month-end based on your sales of the calendar month, or the month since your start?

3: It states that if you take payment via Paypal that normal fees apply. What fees would these be?
