Which USPS box do I use?

If I want to ship two 300 card count boxes to COMC will they fit in a small flat rate box or should I use the medium flat rate box?

They wont fit in a small flat rate box as the box is not thick enough.

Medium.

You're probably better off using a regular box that is the correct size.

Medium would probably work but I'd assume the small isn't big enough
