Low end Ebay shipping options

For base set cards or low end pieces for sale on Ebay, do any of you offer people a choice between a PWE and bubble mailer? Like free shipping in PWE or $1.99 in mailer.

I switched to PWE on low-end pieces about a year a go and it has been very successful. I use it on all cards under $10. I have sent out over 500 and only had about 5 or so people claim to have not received the card and never had a buyer unhappy with the condition. I always state in the description that I will be shipping via PWE and offer the option for a bubble mailer for an extra $1.25.

Using this method I have been able to offer my cards to buyers at a cheaper price but retaining the same profit.
