Default paypal buyer fraud

how do sellers protect them selfs against a buyer that files a false snad claim? is it true any buyer can just go on ebay and file a snad claim and win? There has to be a way to prevent this kind of thing from happening

There is no 100% protection unfortunately. On high$ cards you need to follow all of the ebay policies and fully insure/track all packages.

If the buyer has a history of bad faith purchases/returns/claims and you have a sterling history of sales, *sometimes* ebay/paypal takes that into consideration when acting but you should not rely on that.

I would suggest listing cards at high BIN $ and pick/choose who you sell to.
