Glad to see it is going well bigshow.

I sent them a shipment of 50 cards right before they took their address down. It has been about a month and still nothing showing up in my account. Trying to get them on the phone is damn near impossible!! Hopefully one of their crack staff will respond to my email.

ND3,
I've e-mailed them about a half dozen times and always get a reply. Usually quite prompt in replying (within a day or so). Hopefully that will continue as they grow. Good luck.

Thanks. I figure a company like them, rapidly expanding, it would be easier to have a person sitting there cranking out emails all day. Wanted to lob a call to see what level of service they put out. Not much at the moment....probably will get better over time.

Did you get an email confirming that they received the package? Once you send the package, they send you an email with a date in which they say it will be posted. If you didn't get that you are in trouble.

Nope I never did. That makes me a bit nervous now. I did check the Delivery confirm that it made it there.

Yes that is a big problem. I don't know what to tell you, email them and give them your tracking and ask them what is going on. Did you enter the tracking on their site and tell them how many cards you sent to them?

Yes I gave them the tracking number and the number of cards on the site. This is going to suck if it got lost because of course I didn't insure the damn package. Should have. But the P.O. shows it being delivered so if they lost it then it is their fault and will have to make good on it.
