This was probably directed at me. I didn't intend to trash the site. I actually like it. I have bought about 10-15 cards from them and sent in 500(which should be up any day now). I was just meaning to state that until they get back caught up, maybe they should halt adding their own cards. That way they could add the cards that are behind the quoted posting date. The longer they make people wait, the more risk they take on turning people away from sending in cards. Our cards may just be collecting dust (I actually sent in a bunch that would sell easily on eBay, but I am tired of their fees/people not paying), but it kinda sucks to wait (in CBO's case) up to an extra 11 days for them to post beyond the quoted date.

Again, I VERY MUCH like the site. There is not any of the eBay grief. That in itself is worth every penny. I realize they are hiring people to catch up. I just hope that the present delays don't turn some people away from it..

If you don't like the wait...

1. Don't send in any cards

or

2. Pay for their express listing or whatever they call it


It doesn't matter if your cards are listed today or 5 weeks from now...if someone wants to buy one, they will buy it!

Yea come on guys, stop bashing their long service, if you don't want to wait then don't send in their cards. I have never complained about the wait time, it will be up when its up. It doesn't go any faster complaining, while I wait I get another batch ready, I already have a box all boxed up and ready to be sent once I get confirmation that this batch has been listed.

you dont think he has a right to complain, esp when the owner or people closely connected to the company all of a sudden has a lot of cards added to their inventory while others have to wait 2 weeks to over a month to get theirs added?

cmon. take care of your customers first and they (read: US) will take care of them with the continued lip service we've all been giving them on here.

he has a right to complain and be concerned... especially when they are taking care of their own first instead of the people PAYING THEM to take care of their cards.

But think of any business, if you are the owner or have a friend that knows somebody you will get special status. Years back my parents had a friend in the DMV..while everybody had to wait online for an hour to gets plates changed or anything else, they just went there and picked up new license plates. That is how business work, it is not fair but people get special treatment. Just think about grading services, companies who do massive amount of grades a year get better and faster service (along with easier grades), is it fair no way...but life isn't fair.

They probably weigh each batch. Whomever's is the heaviest gets posted first.

Y'all are reaching for straws now and getting awfully petty!

I could care less if I sent in an order and they put their own cards up also. Heck, its cheap for really what they do. If you have to wait a couple days/weeks, does it really matter? Like the previous poster stated, if a person really wants your card, he/she will buy it anyway, whenever it is posted!

It's not like you are being charged .10 or .01/mo for the cards waiting to be posted, so what is the big deal?

You have to remember also. They aren't quoting dates they are approximating the dates. There is a difference. Granted that if they are posting their own cards first isn't the way to improve business relations.
