I am sure they will be getting better staffed the more they grow. This is probably the company's growing pains, from starting. I am sure he didnt even think that the website would take off as fast as it has....
They still have great customer service, and if you call them, they are very helpfull on the phone.

Capt. I am sure they will probably run a few shipping specials throughout the year! It seems they see alot of site trafic and benefits on the business end of it as well as wedo saving on the shipping!

Remember CMC is still in like their second stage of expanding. I remember they had a blog a few months ago and they want to be a big online store like Ebay in which they will have almost every card every created, and I am sure with that will be more shipping discounts. I agree that with people getting hostile in these message boards the last couple of months that they need to get up cards faster, but they are hiring new people and as they expand they will be able to hire more people. Personally I will have like 1,500 cards each month to send in till at least the first week of baseball cause I have that much "junk" in my room that I have to get rid of, and when you can change your "junk" into thousands of dollars, you gotta love this service.

Getting to the Capt point of frustration now. Missed their second date of when my cards would be up. More upset seeing otherws posted than mine not being there.

Mine were scheduled to be up on February 2nd. They got them up yesterday, Feb. 4th. I sent in 1000.

Perhaps they are 2 days behind.

I sent in cards 3 times, all 3 times I got notice at like 9PM so have hope for tonight still. Hope yours get up cause mine is a day behind you and hopefully I can get them before the weekend.

I love the dang site. I just am getting so mad that nothing is getting posted on time. How big was your shipment? I know mine was over 1000, but not sure how much over.
