They do return damaged cards to people if they receive them in poor condition. Also, they provide both a front and back scan of the exact card so I don't think we have too much to worry about when it comes to potentially receiving a badly damaged card from COMC. I also think it is not realistic to assume that cards you will receive from the secondary market are in gem mint condition unless they are graded as such.

With that said, people sending cards to COMC need to use care when packaging them to ensure they arrive safely. I think that this can be done rather easily without the use of penny sleeves or toploaders.

They're working on it...but think they're busy scheeming up new ways to make money and get cards listed before they start working on effective ways to get new guys to the site and/or help sellers.

Very impressive stats. What is most amazing to me is that you have sold nearly 5,000 cards and have not packed one bubble mailer nor had one Pay Pal dispute nor received notification that you had exceeded the maximum number of listings at one time.
