Read this thread, although it takes about a day and 1/2. This has been coming for 6 months. Poor CS + Knee jerk reactions to every situation. These are very smart computer guys with ZERO Customer Service skills, a business plan that must have skipped the Future Growth chapter and to be honest I'm not really impressed with their card knowledge (Please don't ship cards in top loaders??? Autos are harder to look up in Beckett?!) It is a shame to see a great idea being turned into this.

Best of all, I've sent out 2500 cards that are still waiting to be uploaded

it really sucks since i just sent cards to them last week and now not many people are going to want to buy from them because of their changes. I know i wont send them anymore cards because im not going to want to send them money to list cards when i already have money in my account.

If I use your consignment service, can I ever have some or all of my cards sent back to me?

All of your cards remain in your control at all times. You can have any one or more of your cards sent back to you at any time. When you sign into the website, you will be able to create shipment requests. We charge the same for cards you own as we do for cards that you might buy. That is $3 for the first card + $0.25 for each additional card with a maximum of $25. So, your cards are never more than $25 away.

*Guess they're gonna have to update their FAQ to reflect their new lovely policy. You want your cards back???? What are you willing to giveup? $25 of hard earned money? Nope sorry that was yesterday....today we want your soul....

Well My shipment of 400+ cards will not be posted until May 5th. At least I will not be affected for that shipment. I was going to get more cards ready but now I'm not so sure.
