I know there's a market for the regular base cards. But unless you can find a model that works for you to sell other people's cards for them, you're wasting your time when you could be making money with other cards.

It shouldn't be their burden to bare if it costs them money. They should find a way to deal with it, (charging more money for example), or do a way with it.

What if for base cards they don't scan and price the cards. That would cut down on a lot of time and in reality, who cares what a base card looks or prices for? The seller will know what to price it at and if scanning it is so much trouble, then why do it with the base cards?

why not disallow base cards all together going forward? there is already a place for that: sportslots.

No harm...No foul...I survived rocket and VBIED attacks in Afghanistan, so this is just minor in life.

Everyone is just spinning around with the new changes that are going on. I heard it before when they raised the rates for other things months back, etc.... I have learned since I have been there, that it all comes back in the end.

My time is more important than money. I retired from the Navy, and moved and had a bunch of cards that I needed to get rid of. I started selling on Ebay/Sportlots, etc..but I hated scanning the cards, etc.. It was very time consuming. Now, I have alot more time, since I don't work, but I still love the way that I can just send in cards, and they do all the work!

i'd hate for base cards to be left out because one of the best parts of comc for me is to pick up the last few base cards i need to complete sets...i would not mind if they did not scan base cards though, or just use stock photos for each one
