i engage in a lot of offer-counter offering with people. sometimes it goes back 3-4 times LOL

It seems every time I counter offer, it gets rejected. So I find myself accepting anything I consider reasonable.

I counter most offers that I get that aren't close to my asking price. Worst case scenerio they reject the offer, about 25% of the time they're accepted. The rest of the time we're in negotiations
