Quick note for those who might still be concerned about us removing the $25 cap on shipping...
Sellers will still have a $25 cap on shipping of cards being returned to them. Buyers will still get discounted shipping... just not free shipping. Your shipping will drop to $0.15 after 100 cards. If you are concerned that this will negatively affect the sales on the site. Here are the numbers based on the last three months. - Only about 2% of orders hit the $25 cap. - If all orders that hit the $25 cap were canceled, we would see less than a 5% drop in sales. I believe the shipping change won’t have any noticeable effect on sales, but it does protect the company from a loophole that has already cost us thousands of dollars of labor costs. As always, we will continue to look for ways to cut costs and keep fees as low as possible, but currently $0.15/card is the lowest we can go on shipping. |

OK, we have heard your feedback regarding the proposed change to our budget processing service, and we have been hashing out an updated proposal.
We agree that the restrictions on the budget processing service are getting too complicated and the 3-6 month time to process is unreasonable. So we believe the best decision may be to remove the budget processing service and add a new standard processing service with a guaranteed 8 week processing time. There will be no restrictions on use of store credit or limits on game used or autographed cards. Here are the services and fees we would like to offer. Please let us know what you think. Standard Processing
Priority Processing
Express Processing
With these fees we should be able to double our capacity over the next 3-6 months, and if the numbers stay true, we should be able to continue to grow as needed based on the demand for our service. |

Tim. - Sounds Good, I was wondering if there was a way that due dates could be communicated better so that some people, NOT MYSELF, dont end up flooding your inbox with - are my cards ready yet?. they were due 3 hours ago emails.
In part I believe that was the reason for the first set of pricing changes that went into effect a short time ago. I know I still have 3 shipments that are to be posted by the end of the month and they range from 100 cards to almost 1000 cards and almost 2000 cards so even if its a form email saying we know your cards were due "xxxxx" this is what is going to happen. Thanks again- I dont know which I believe more, the $1,500 in sales I have, or that I have sold 2,500 cards since joining

I am encouraged by these changes. Raising the lowest processing fee to $.15 each will help some to eliminate some of the sludge from being sent in and will hopefully help with the upfront income for COMC.
The priority and express options also look good. Thanks for giving the Blowout Board the ability to provide its feedback!!
