The changes to the processing terms look great! My only question is if the payment is due when the order is received by COMC, or if it will continue being taken out when the order has completed processing. I'm not lobbying for either side as I'd be fine either way... just wanted to know.

Are you able to send in Standard and Express cards in the same package? As long as they are separate and clearly marked of course.

Those changes look perfectly fine to me.

I will let you know...I just sent some of each in the same box. I included a note about it on the order slip.

here. want someone to blame for the lag in getting your cards up?

look up the seller: lhpepsi lhpepsi's 1993 GameDay Football Cards - CheckOutMyCards.com

look at a lot of the cards... book for a nickel... he sells them for a dime.

The new processing fee proposal looks good. I'm glad to see the store credit restored as an option to pay as well as no limit on GU/autos. Thanks for listening to our suggestions Tim.
Also, thanks for providing stats on how many orders hit the shipping cap. It gives us good insight, and also shows that the impact of removing the cap for buyers will be negligible. That was one of my biggest concerns with the proposed changes.

In part I believe that was the reason for the first set of pricing changes that went into effect a short time ago. I know I still have 3 shipments that are to be posted by the end of the month and they range from 100 cards to almost 1000 cards and almost 2000 cards so even if its a form email saying we know your cards were due "xxxxx" this is what is going to happen.

Thanks again- I dont know which I believe more, the $1,500 in sales I have, or that I have sold 2,500 cards since joining

Congrats on the sales! I believe we are currently one week behind on the $0.10 processing service.

I forgot to mention that on March 31st we will also start publishing the progress of the transactions that we are processing for you. There will be a new section on your dashboard that lists how many steps in our process have been completed. This will also show much much of your funds have been locked to cover the processing fees. Once we are done processing the cards we will charge your account the exact fees due.

The plan is to bring on one or two more people in April, and to continue adding more people as we find the right ones. We are still going though the interview process with a number of candidates.

Great question that I forgot to address...

We will lock an approximate amount of funds when the transaction is entered in the system. This will show up on your dashboard, and it will be where we will convey our progress on your cards. Once the cards have been added to your account we will charge your account the exact processing fee.

Yes, that is fine. In general it is always a good idea to clearly mark the account you want the cards to go into, the service level you want, and the quantity of cards you expect us to find.
