It may be worth it as I sent them an email the other day asking about an order that was due March 5th that had partially posted. I was told that it was accidentally marked as completed so without the email the cards may have never posted to my account.

That may explain the delay. I had 37 cards from the order post on Thursday and was expecting the rest but it never happened. Email has been sent

So this past October, COMC had a special where you could get 100 cards added to the site for free. I took advantage of this offer and sent out my cards on October 28th and I even received an email from COMC on my shipping day acknowledging I was sending out my cards. All was fine and dandy until March 1st. 19 of my cards were charged a storage fee (all cards selling for over 25 cents).

I double checked their blog:

And lo and behold, there should be no storage fees for anything sent before November 1st, 2008 until January 1st, 2011. Now, I know a lot of people took advantage of this offer, so my question is have you experienced storage fees for those cards (sent during the offer) as well?

I did contact COMC over two weeks ago, but no response. I don't blame them, they seem to be quite busy, but if this a bigger problem than just one case. It might be a good idea that Tim and the crew know about it.

I had the same problem. I emailed Tim about it on the 2nd and within a day or so he had corrected the problem
