Just a note for those of you that are going to be placing large orders on the March 30th cutoff day to utilize the $25 S/H cap... if you NEED your order to arrive by, say the weekend of April 11th, my advice is to put in your orders NOW and cross your fingers!

Figuring there would enough large orders placed at the end of the month to create a backlog, I placed mine the morning of March 18th. I figured this would give them more than the 2-3 business days they advertise needed to ship 'budget' shipments. I needed the cards to arrive basically today, in time for a show tomorrow, March 28th. All was looking good as on Match 24th I received a confirmation e-mail that my order was shipped. However, today I did not receive my order and went into my account to see if there was any tracking info and my shipment was actually sent out just yesterday, 2 days after the e-mail I received confirming the order had been shipped.

So basically let my mistake of assuming they could get my order to me within 10 days be a warning to anyone that needs their order by a certain date... if you are waiting until the last minute and placing a large order ON the 30th, don't expect to receive your cards until the later part of April.

I just hope when they drop the $25 cap and I am paying nearly $60 to have 300 cards shipped, that they can get the cards to me in less than the 12 days its likely going to take for this order to show up. I personally feel very guilty if I ship an ebay or sportlots order more than 2 business days after the order was placed. If I placed an ebay order that cost me $45 in 'Handling' over what the postage cost AND had to wait nearly 2 weeks for the order to show up, I guarantee you that seller would be getting a 1-Star Shipping rating and a negative feedback. Hopefully COMC can improve their turnaround times for buyers and start sending ACCURATE shipping info once their S/H rates balloon for large orders. Keeping buyers happy is the most important aspect of the operation IMO, especially buyers making enough purchases to lead to large orders.

This may sound petty but I'm lazy. How about being able to save our log-on information when we sign on rather than having to type our information everytime we go to the website.

-----Having a box to check off asking us if we want the site to remember our log-on name & password on our home computers.

Just a suggestion.
