almost all my sales have been commons or base cards of stars. I have sold a couple of 08 sage hit autos @ 75% of book. most of the stuff were cards just lying around that would never sell on ebay or a show.

That is beauty of the site. It clears space (for more ) and allows you to make some money in the process. I am now just turning a profit as all my prior sales have now covered the listing fees for the first couple of shipments I have sent.

i sent $75 bucks when i first stared and haven't sent a penny more. I am paying all my fees from profit and buying cards of local players for nothing for a local show.

Got that email too, I'm putting together another shipment to sell on the site. This site is actually very helpful because I'm working on a collection and I can just put the cards I buy into my inventory to save until I decide to ship everything.

I just got done listing my latest shipment tonight. I sent the $20 coupon in even though it wasn't my first shipment to see if they would discount my order. I was happy to see that they did credit my account the $20. So far no issues with the service. Hopefully it continues to grow. Now time to get my next shipment ready before October 31st.

I'm doing to try this out. I've been back in the hobby since March so have a lot of new stuff to let go. Do you guys think it's worth sending in early 90s inserts? Mostly baseball and basketball...or are people only mostly looking for current players?

I would say yes if they have a higher BV and you are willing to sell for 80%-90% off book or if they are rare and/or serially numbered (higher BV possible). There seem to be quite a few player collector's surfing CMC as I have been selling things that would not move anywhere else (but fit the categories that I outlined above)

The Checkoutmycards site has been a great selling experience for me, so give it a shot!
