The "junk" has moved since this site was started. Maybe everyone has everything they need, but I think it has a lot more to do with shipping and lack of buyers moving to the site.

I have to agree with Fungi. I think the shipping issues right now are what have turned a fair number of guys off. But its not the only issue. That being said, minus buying Ports (which has decreased my available funds), I havent even looked for any new Boggs cards in a few days, so my buying has been limited.

Minus the economy (lets face it, most everyone has probably seen a decrease in their card budget). Other thing is the time of year. Summer is just about here. Baseball is in full swing, but BK is about done (and really doesnt sell well), FB is off the radar, and at this time HK is about done, but really doesnt sell well on the site. Mostly likely due to overseas shipping issues.

Very true statement. No name Football and Basketball are not sure sellers at even 95% off book. It seems like nobody puts sets together like 2007 SP Authentic Football.

My sales have been very slow overall. I would guess I am down over 30% from April. I have been buying a lot of the past couple of weeks. COMC needs a stimulus program!

It takes time to get them loaded, I know I waited over 6 months to a year before I even sent cards in. I was very skeptical on the site and wanted to see how guys would do. Now I really like it. It needs some tweaking, but Tim is very open on most things and wants to see it thrive and has taken both the good and bad comments into consideration and I think he'll make some changes soon that will help the site out even more.

I understand that it takes time. I think a lot of my problem stems from the fact that a lot of companies that I have dealt with in the card business recently have not met the deadlines that they set for themselves. I just think they need to communicate better if they are going to be late, not require me to check to see if they accomplish loading my cards when they said they would. It also doesnt help that I sold all of my other cards I sent in last time so I have nothing on there right now. I get that things take time to do, but if you are going to charge money to provide a service, you should be held accountable for completing it when you say you are going to.

I think the big problem for CRR is the fact that his were supposed to be up before mine, and mine listed two days ago. That is crap. I think it might be that I did a good job of organizing mine the last time, but still it is not good when you know that someone that was behind you jumped the rail and his cards are listed.

fungi...but that could be the entire reason right there. If yours were sorted and say had a lot of 08 Topps FB..they're much easier to catalog and get listed, verses a mix of sports/years/brands. This could be a huge time saver of itself.

This would be contigent of course on the buyer still being interested in purchasing for the original offer they made. I just find that I will reject an offer and then a week may pass and I decide I would take what the seller was offering for the card. It might help to move more inventory off of the site.

Thanks Tim keep up your great effort on an awesome site. I have about 200 more cards ready to be sent. Had to sift through a few with the new upcharge in fees though.

I hope to do some updates to the offer system soon. This is one of the features I am considering.
