Actually... I just looked at the numbers. Two weeks ago our new employees started. They have been totally kicking butt. We had previously only processed 20,000 cards in a week once. Last we we did it for the second time, and this week.... we smashed 23,000 cards. So... Yes we are making a lot of headway in catching up.

We are working hard. The credit has to go to our staff. They are really doing a great job. I just talked to one of our new employees, and he said he is having a blast working here. That is good news. Everyone is working really hard, but they seem to be enjoying it.

Will the Bulk Shipping service continue after May? Sales have been sluggish this month so anything to entice buyers would be much appreciated. Earlier you acknowledged my idea to provide shipping credit for larger purchases (say $50, $100 or $200 at a time). The free ride of somebody capping out on shipping by purchasing $.25 cards had to be curbed.

And you might want to E-mail all of your buyers and let them know about the special. Chances are with the holiday a lot of people will miss it, especially if they are unaware of it.
