Saturday 10-6
Sunday 10-6

NO word on signers yet (which seems weird).

I'll update what my vendor space will be if they give it to me early in case anyone stops by

Wow fish... I was planning on doing a table at this one, but plans changed and im doing the one July 30 - Aug 1st in Taylor... You plan on going up there? Also, how much you paying for your table?

Fish, how do you sort your base? I'm thinking of doing it by sport>>team>>player (example - All of my Packers cards would be grouped together, regardless of set, and the players for each team would be in alphabetical order). Would I be better off just doing it by set and putting them in numerical order (ex - all '09 SP Authentic would be together, etc).

I'm just trying to get a better idea of how to organize my stuff for the show I'm doing.

Depends on how you plan to sell. Show's your probably better off doing it by team. All of my base are by sport/brand/year/product/base/insert. I figure if your coming to me with a want list your wanting to finish a set. Others are just the opposite (some do teams, others do players).....really a matter of opinion and just depends on how you look to sell them.

going to be an intersting show...much smaller than I had expected. I do have wireless, so if its dead, I can keep myself busy. Guessing 80-100 tables.

If I stayed with my 100 tables thought, I'd say 60 or so are Sportscards, 20 nonsport/mcfarlene, etc, and 20 being Wax and Supplies (2 big wax guys and one supplies dealer)

thats Joe....he and I are competing right now and prices keep getting lower and lower since I have some wax with me.

Spent way to much today....but if I can't move it, figured maybe someone on here might (I'd post photos now, but the connection is so bad I cant)

Here were todays big pickups. Planning on keeping the bat (new thread to be posted shortly as I need help with the autos). But hoping I can get 25 on the 16x20 Chelios Autograph (wish I could get Yzerman on it, then I'd keep it, but given he is now in Tampa...gonna be hard to do

Would love to get 125 on the Wright Jersey, but we'll see.

Sales today better than yesterday but very much not good. Not sure I had 60 bucks in sales all weekend. Also didnt help I bought a Big Red Machine Quad Auto (8x10) and a huge lot of Stantons plus some other stuff....guess I'll be listing a ton of stuff for sale to recoupe the 600 spent this weekend my Natty fund just took a huge hit!

I was going to ask how things went...but I guess that answers it. As I tell my wife all the time, sometimes you have to spend money today to make it back in a couple shows.

Dan as far as I can tell and was told...taylor is 10x the show Mt Clemens is. I honestly am not sure I'll be doing next months there, but might try and again in the fall.

WSB - Yes (as far as I can tell). Jersey is authentic. really nice Majestic patch on the front/side. A few threads could be trimmed from around some of the stitching, but tags still attached. NO COA but auto looks much better than I can get a picture of. Has all of his characteristic marks (D looks good, loop on W is there. Middle is kind of scrunched, but given how he signed across the 5 its a smaller area to sign so no issues with me there). Unless I can sell it (and some of the other stuff I have), it will be riding with me to taylor, which is my next show (there is a one day show in Novi this weekend, but right now in all honesty, I'm kinda gun shy and going to probably list a bunch of stuff on ebay tonight and tomorrow to see if I can't get some money back in my pocket.

I did June's show, it was alright, but i avoid the summer months as its very bad, in the winter the show is still small but VERY good in sales
