Anyone having problems with their ebay listings from the weekend

I had notice of a promo going on through 7/12 that was free listings for auction style items. I didn't have nay problems listing on friday, but when I tried this weekend, it was charging me fees. Tried Ebay online help, guy just said its a technical glitch and to contact ebay service for reversal of the fees. Anyone else have problems with this??
