Default Any recommendations for a scanner and shipping label printer?

I'm getting tired of taking pics of my cards that result in inconsistent image quality.

I'm looking for a scanner that does a great job with graded cards as well.

Scanning just seems so much easier and more precise.

I'm hoping some of you can provide suggestions.

Also, I'm looking to purchase a shipping label printer. Just seems like more of a time saver. I do have a mac book so it has to be compatible with that.

Hopefully whatever you guys recommend can be purchased on Amazon, so I can take advantage of my Prime shipping and it will be here this week lol.

Thanks!

I just bought a new computer (well my wife really did)for personal. I went to Best Buy and I told the guy what I did with it and he lead me right to perfect one. Under 100. Works great with graded or ungraded

I guess my point is just go to a local store and I bet they can give you exactly what you want.

I have a dymo thermal printer. Works wonders, no more taping labels to packages!

Get an Epson scanner. Pretty much any of the newer "V" series scanners are awesome. I have a Samsung 2165 laser printer for my shipping labels and it works really well. Its a few years old now so they may have an updated version.

I don't have specific recommendations for either, but will say for a printer make sure you get a laser printer. Avoid inkjet printers as the printed label will become useless if exposed to moisture.

Depends on what you want to scan. I have a scansnap ix500 which allows you to scan about 40 cards front and back in a minute. Will not work with graded cards though. The thermal printers for shipping would be the way to go if you will be doing alot of shipping. If this is a couple a day stick with a laser printer.

I would like a scanner like this but not for $400. I want a front/back scanner.

So that Epson 600 looks pretty solid, but a bit expensive.

I didn't realize shipping label printers were so expensive lol.

Thanks for all of the input guys.

Well I ordered the label printer but still need a scanner.

Is there really a huge difference between the Epson V600 and Epson V370?

There is about a $100 price difference.

Anyone with the Epson V370 want to show off some images so I can see what they look like. Also does anyone know if it does well with BGS holders? Thanks!

Just as a warning, those Epsons do terrible things to refactors. Makes them have a jail bar effect, which looks horrible. Some people like it though, so I guess a personal preference.

Just ask someone to scan a chrome refractor before you purchase one so you can decide if you like it.

Epson Perfection V500 Photo. Love the way it works! Tho if you're looking to do a lot of scanning front and back, I would go with a scanner that does front and back. I'm thinking of getting one myself since I do a lot of scanning.

Anyone able to recommend a CCD Mac compatable wireless scanner/printer combo (scanner alone would work too). I can't find anything out there. Most CCD scanners feature USB connectivity only.
