Pretty shady person.
Okay if a seller is dumb enough to ship before the echeck clears he is asking to be ripped off. I have several regular custoemrs who have bought off me for over a year now and always with an echeck. I always wait.

Yep - Harper AFLAC from me. My thing says still in process and it's been days. I told him I wasn't shipping until after.

To you frequent sellers - should I relist the card, contact eBay or what? I have not sold often and don't want negative feedback after 11 years on there because of some jerk off.

Thank you. I'll do the same. My questions are - (a) can we not list the item until then and (b) do we lose our initial listing fees because of a non-paying buyer? I assume correct and no.

We cannot have guys like this affecting all of our family here at Blowout!

Just had my case against him closed, then noticed it said he was no longer a Registered eBay user.

Good riddance.

A confirmed bank account is all the trust Paypal needs. This clown probably did not have that. Without a confirmed account, there are all sorts of limitations.

+1

I'm surprised to read some long timer sellers in this thread who are not familiar with PayPal eChecks. In my short experience selling on eBay, I received eChecks multiple times. No problem at all with this form of payment as long as you wait for it to clear before shipping.

Trust me...the people who will ship before it clears exist. I had a buddy that sold video games who would ship the SECOND that they got notification of an E check. Got burned a few times...but he had STELLAR feedback for quick shipping. lol
