I use USPS for all of my international shipping.

It depends on how much a card has sold for.

Anything less than $100 I usually ship First Class International.
Anything more than $100 I usually require shipping Registered Mail so you can track the item.

It is noted in my shipping how I ship an item. So make sure you have it in your description and shipping costs.

I ship priority international for all packages to canada, it cost $19.10 I think. It also has a tracking number. I can ship from my house doing this as well, no trip to the PO needed.

The BEST mailing internationally is USPS Express Mail International

Anything else and you open yourself up for a claim loss.

Because it uses delivery conformation that paypal will accept. There may not be anything else they accept but I am not sure.

USPS delivery confirmation is the same delivery confirmation that Paypal gives. Priority International gives you a delivery confirmation number, you are covered.
