Default Removing Negative Feedback

Does anybody know how to remove negative feedback left for a seller. My buyer is willing to remove the negative if I refund him the money, which is fine. It's $3.99. But I don't know how to do it.

I assume your referring to ebay? I think they can either click on the feedback, or in their manager there is a way to do it.

As for the forums...contact me

Actually, just figured it out. BY going to customer support and typing in remove negative feedback, it brings up a customer revision form that the sellers sends to the buyer. If the buyer fills it out, the neg vanishes.

For anyone that didn't know this.

Yup...seller has to send a revision request. Fyi, it's always best to make sure the buyer is willing to revise before sending the request. (obviously was in this case) you only get 5 revision requests per year. Of course if you are doing your job properly you won't need anywhere close to 5.
