Well I don't have to worry about it, I am not dealing with this guy, just got this message:

Just to let you know that although I live in the UK the card will be shipped to Florida as I have a home there. I will pay by Pay Pal within 48 hours. Take care, Phil

Just make sure its a paypal verified address and that you pad the card with teabags.

He means CONFIRMED. Verified is meaningless.

Invoice them an additional $10.15 and have it registered. That puts the package under "lock and Key" USPS really does take care of registered mail. It is like insurance and delivery confirmation for wordwide shipments.

No. Registered doesnt help you one bit. You must use a service that provides online tracking and with the PO going to the UK your choice is EXPRESS Mail. Its around $25

But even that won't help you if the address is unconfirmed.

stupid question - and i've searched all over the usps site for the answer, but for express mail international, does that include signature confirmation? because it doesn't look like you can purchase that as an extra service?

Ok I told the buyer $25 would be the around quote and I guess that is correct. Express mail will be the way it goes, hopefully he will just send me a money order and I can ship it to his other house.
