Default Huge ebay auction, lots of quantity

http://cgi.ebay.com/80-000-ONLY-INSE...QQcmdZViewItem

Nothing huge in this lot at all. Just 80,000 of cards filled with inserts and rookies. Great for breaking into lots.

Do you guys think these cards would sell good at card shows? I was thinking of getting this lot, then I could go to a few shows for a few months and try to sell the cards for $1 each hoping to sell like 300-1,000 a show. Then the rest I can sell for lots on ebay or in bigger lots.

Any ideas if shows are good for these types of cards?

I guess that answers my question. If selling only 200 a show that would take like 400 shows to finish off the 80,000 card lot. But that would mean $80,000 in sales assuming you could sell off the whole lot. How much do shows cost? I know there are a huge range of prices from big show and small show. I haven't been to one in years.

It has been a LONG TIME since I have set up at a show so I don't really know what that market is like anymore. However, I used do some of them with a good buddy that would absolutely rake with a similar set up, the only difference I see is that he had tons of oddball stuff.
