Default As expected, eBay lies.

Everytime I called eBay, the end of the convo would be worse for me and nothing with what i called about. Well after I got restricted for having 8 low DSR on shipping time out of 300 sales in the year, I was told on March 20 I'd be allowed to sell. So it came, I called, and I was basically banned from eBay, and even my mom can't sell on eBay (she sells crafts) because we live in the same house. I even said ill do the whole 1 day, DC update which is an automatic 5 star. How is this right? To ban someone for having 3% of deals be slow according to buyers. I know most was international sales, and people having no patiance for customs. I have no idea what to do now in terms of selling cards. I could do COMC but its a lot of money up front. Im just really upset with eBay and how they have the power to ruin a business (not me but others they can) based of DSR's.

Edit: The worse part is if they did the DSR system they do the feedback system, I'd have 3 dings instead of 8 and i wouldn't be even doing bad then, but two people purchased multiple cards from me and killed each separate card.

Only thing I can tell ya is to only ship within the U.S & Hawaii. The international shipping is what killed the DSRs.

I thought that eBay did not consider DSR ratings from international transactions? Could be wrong, perhaps it was feedback. Anyway, I've heard of this happening to many people.

I started too before I was "banned" and had no issues. I had no issues in the past year.

They did. Once eBay suspends an account, they'll never open it back, no matter what.

I have no idea if someone was out to get me, it's so strange how this happened. 600+ sales, no negative feedback yet I deserve to be banned?

It has to be a certain percentage in the previous 3 months. Your percentage must have been to high. And that is what it has to be. eBay shoots for a nothing more than .5% on a category. Your ratings received show 67 and if you have 8 dings on 1 category that is 11% It is overwhelmingly high through eBay's eyes.

Side note: I can't possibly see these 600 sales you are talking about when your feedback is only 87 and you have only received 137 total feedback.

They don't allow Intl buyers to leave DSR's for "shipping cost", or at least they didn't used to, I'm not sure if that policy is still in place. Intl buyers can, however, leave DSR's for the other categories.

I never had a big problem with shipping cost, it was shipping time that killed it. Isn't right

Nothing is as good as eBay for cards, not even close. That's why it sucks.
