Default DSRs going away as of June 1?

So with ebays new Top Rated Seller policy, if Im reading it right, DSRs dont count, you just need to have 98% positives, a 14 day return policy, and ship almost everything within 24 hours? Do the DSRs still matter or are they going to get rid of them?

I believe the DSR's still count in qualifying to be a Top Rated Seller.

Once you have met the requirements to be a TRS, you then must meet the new shipping and return standards to receive the Top Rated Discount.

They still count indeed. eBay has just added even more requirements to the TRS.. Tracking within 24 hours and the most ludicrous of all 14 DAY RETURN REQUIREMENT. In reality with eBay you have to take returns for 45 days since thats the claim window.

Here it is:
The performance standards for eBay Top-rated seller status will remain as they are today.

* 0.5% or less low DSRs
* 0.5% or less opened eBay and PayPal Buyer Protection cases
* 0.3% or less seller unresolved eBay and PayPal Buyer Protection cases
* 98% or better Feedback score

eBay: 2012 Spring Seller Update - Top-rated seller program

Bottom of the page under the FAQ, 3rd question down. If eBay took away the DSRs nearly everyone would be TRS and they dont want that
