Default Haha..I just can't help but laugh (Paypal)

So, I got a chargeback the other day. Only for $9.00 of a $190 order, an offline agreement between the buyer and I that I forgot to take care of. The thing that pisses me off is they froze $190 even though the chargeback is only for $9. Anyway, so I get this email today and can't help but laugh.

Dear _______,

PayPal recently notified you that a buyer filed a chargeback with their bank regarding one of your transactions. We know this may be your first chargeback and that you probably have questions. We want to get you the information you need to manage risk, control your business, and grow your sales.

Learn more about what chargebacks are, how to avoid them and how to respond when they happen. Go. Or, visit the Resolution Center to view the details of this transaction dispute.

We realize that buyer chargebacks can be a drain on your business. That's why we're committed to helping you resolve transaction problems and partnering with you to minimize selling risk.

For more information on what you can do to avoid chargebacks, see PayPal's helpful step-by-step guide on managing risk and maximizing opportunity.
