Default About to get hammered with a neg

Long story short, shipped cards to Canada, buyer declined insurance. He says the cards arrived damaged, to me that is a Canada Post issue.

I told him there wasn't anything I can do because he didn't take insurance out. I'm probably going to get a negative... not much I can do eh?

Iv'e had them rip open packages going there before because of customs. They just get suspicious with a 1oz. padded envelope insured for over $100 crossing the border sometimes...

That sucks that the buyer actually declined the insurance and that happened. Last problem I had shipping to Canada, the buyer did pay for insurance, and I forgot to add it to the PayPal shipping label, so it went up un-insured. Sure enough he claimed to never have gotten the card.

Oh well, hope your not out too much... eh?
