Just sold a couple cards, never used paypal outside of ebay. Whats the best way to do the invoice. What is due on receipt? net 10? etc..

and as long at I'm asking questions....I also had a bidder not pay on ebay for the first time, its been around a week. If I just relist it I am not charged anything for the non-transaction, I do not have to report the person for not paying, right?

You still get charged the fee because it sold. You must file the non paying bidder dispute. You must then wait to close it before you relist. MANY times a buyer will pay and if its listed and he pays you may have an issue.

Just send a regular "request money" form and dont mess with the invoice. Atleast thats what I do and people dont seem to mind.

Don't worry about any of the net 10's or due on reciept or anything like that. Just skip that part of the invoice. I send them all the time and basically the only things that you should fill out is the email address you are sending it to, the description and, the amount. That is all you need to put in. You can separate the shipping and put that in if you want but I always just include it into the amount of the item.
